Here we are, approaching year 6 of the litigation that the borough started in 2018. Our attempts to come to a settlement with the borough through mediation has failed again. There’s nothing to really announce at this point. It’s still a ritual of back and forth motions and allegations in court. We’re still around, still fighting for our defense against the borough’s baseless and unproven allegations.
Ask your new mayor why the borough continues to engage in the longest and costliest litigation in the history of the borough when the only end result for the borough is that they retain ownership of 6 Thomas Street.
