8/27/2008 - **Rescue Box** Rescue personnel remove a woman from a car involved in a three-vehicle accident on Main Street in South River on Wednesday. SOUTH RIVER —A three-vehicle accident shut down Main Street for approximately 20 minutes Wednesday morning. The road was then reopened, police said. Police said one car rear-ended another into a tractor-trailer on Main Street west at Stephen Street around 11:15 a.m. One driver was transported to Saint Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick for undisclosed injuries.
